As much as we want children to feel part of the event, Volunteers cannot bring children and family members that they are responsible for to the event. Families may attend if they have tickets but must not impact the volunteer responsibilities.

We need volunteers to volunteer for the whole event, especially the early part. If there are Travel constraints, your team leader on the day of the event may allow you to leave earlier.
