Terms and Conditions for Qurbani during Hajj 2025
1.General Information
- The Qurbani (sacrificial offering) for Hajj will be performed on the 10th of Dhul Hijjah.
- Light Upon Light will facilitate the arrangement of Qurbani which is not associated with Nusuk or Al Bait Guests however ensuring it is performed according to Islamic guidelines.
2.Responsibility and Process
- The Qurbani will be carried out by certified and authorised representatives to ensure compliance with local regulations and Islamic principles.
- All procedures, including animal selection and sacrifice, will be conducted in accordance with Shariah requirements
3.Confirmation and Notification
- Pilgrims will receive a email when booking the Qurbani for the 10th of Dhul Hijjah, stating that the Qurbani order has been accepted and funds have been received.
- Once the Qurbani has been performed, you may receive a notification via SMS or email confirming the completion.
4.Refunds and Cancellations
- Due to the nature of the service and the religious significance of the act, Qurbani fees are non-refundable once arrangements have been made.
5.Liability
- Light Upon Light takes every precaution to ensure that the Qurbani is performed as per the guidelines. However, we are not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by external factors such as local regulations or any unforeseeable incidents.
