GETTING HERE
By Car: There are three car parks all within walking distance from the venue. Please click here for further information.
By Train: The Utilita Arena Birmingham is in the city centre and just a short walk from Birmingham New Street, Moor Street, Snow Hill and Five Ways train stations. Alternatively, each station is only a few minutes away by Taxi.

Registration
On the day, the venue staff will be checking your tickets in.
In adherence to health and safety regulations, Light Upon Light, in collaboration with Utilita Arena Birmingham, needs to ensure that all attendees are checked in safely. For your protection, we have arranged for additional security on the day and kindly ask for your cooperation. Please note that certain items are prohibited at Utilita Arena Birmingham. The doors will open at 4:15 PM Insha Allah. Given the large number of attendees expected, we kindly request that you arrive on time. Utilita Arena have informed us that once your ticket has been checked in, you will be unable to enter the venue again if you were to exit mid-event.
Registration will close promptly at 7:30 PM. If you anticipate arriving after this time, please inform us in advance by emailing [email protected] or message us on Instagram at @lul.global. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Do you have Children Attending with you?
If you have children attending, please download and print the ID Badge. Make sure to fill the badge with the relevant information for each child attending.
Please fold the badge and place it in your child’s pocket. In the unlikely event that we need to contact a parent regarding their child, this will enable us to quickly access the parent’s contact details.
Food & Drink
Food and drinks are available to purchase at the venue. They will be accepting card payments. Please ensure you have read the venue’s policy by clicking here
SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
The seating arrangement will follow a theatre-style seating, with designated sections for males and females. Males will be seated in the male section, while females will be seated in the female section.
